Ingredients:
carrot grated 800 gms
powdered sugar 500 gms
eggs 4 nos
oil 500 ml
nuts 100 gm
cherry 50 gm
maida 500 gm
baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
baking soda 1 1/2 tsp
Method:
put the eggs and oil into the blender and blended it on high speed.
while blending add the carrot ,sugar and nuts.
mix the dry ingredients together and fold it into the above mixture of carrots to get a batter.
pour the batter into the baking moulds which should be brushed with oil.
microwave on low power for 15 mins
garnish with cherry,nuts.cool it

Ingredients:
vermicelli /semiya 1 cup
milk 1 ltr
cashew nut 25 gms
pista 25 gms
raisins 250 gms
cardamom powder a pinch
pure ghee 4 tbsp
saffron 1/2 gms
sugar 1/2 cup
Method:
take 2 tbsp ghee in a large flat bowl,add crushed semiya.raisins and 1/2 the cashew,microwave on 'high' power for 2 minutes and keep aside.
in another deep bowl take milk.Microwave on 'high' power for 2 minutes.Add sugar and cardamom powder.
add the above roasted ingredients to this milk.Cover and microwave on 'medium' power for 2 minutes.
in a small bowl take saffron and 1 tbsp milk.Microwave on 'high' power for 1 minute.
make a paste of remaining ghee,1/2 the saffron milk,remaining cashew and 1/2 the pista.
mix the paste in the above kheer,stir well.
microwave for 2 minutes.
serve hot with pista,and balance saffron milk.

chicken boneless 600 gms
chilli paste 20 gms
ginger and garlic paste 50 gms
malt vinegar 15 ml
garam masala powder 10 gms
roasted cumin powder 10 gms
mustard oil 20 ml
pure ghee 40 ml

Method
cut the chicken into small cubes.Blend all the ingredients together(except ghee)along with the chicken pieces,check the seasoning.Refrigerate for 6 hours.
pre-heat the grill for 10 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
drain off the excess marinate from the chicken and place on a grill rack.keep a plate below to collect the drippings.
microwave on 'medium' power for 10 minutes,turn the pieces every 5 minutes while brushing with a bit of pure ghee.
grill for 10 minutes and brush with a little pure ghee 2-3 times.
serve hot,garnish with lime slices.

amchoor powder 2 tsp
cumins roasted 2 tsp
lime juice 2 tsp
coriander chopped 20 gms

Method
cut sliced bread into small cubes,1 inch approx.
using the conventional gas burner,fry the bread cubes in a pan,till crisp(approx.5 minutes)
take a bowl,put in all ingredients,mix well and microwave on 'high' power for 2 minutes.Stir after a minute.
serve hot with lime slices.

Method:
Marinate the fish with all ingredients.Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
leave it in microwave at 'high' power for 4 minutes.
serve hot by adding some curry leaves.

Method:
dry roast til seeds in microwave on 'high' power for 1 minutes.
cut potatoes into small cubes,smear oil and microwave on 'high' power for 8 mins.
take oil in bowl,microwave on 'high' power for 30 sec,add all remaining ingredients.Microwave on 'high' power for 2 min.Stir once in between.
toss the potatoes in the cook masala sprinkle little water and microwave on 'high' power for 1 min.
serve hot with some pepper and chopped coriander and curry leaves
