Urulai Roast

Ingedients 
  • potatoes                              800 gms
  • green chillies slit                   6 nos
  • ginger garlic paste                4 tbsp
  • curry leaves                         few
  • oil                                       5 tbsp
  • red chilli powder                  3 tbsp
  • garam masala                     1 tsp
  • til seeds                             1 tsp
  • jeera                                  1 tsp
  • salt                                    to taste
  • curry leaves for granish
Method:
  • dry roast til seeds in microwave on 'high' power for 1 minutes.
  • cut potatoes into small cubes,smear oil and microwave on 'high' power for 8 mins.
  • take oil in bowl,microwave on 'high' power for 30 sec,add all remaining ingredients.Microwave on 'high' power for 2 min.Stir once in between.
  • toss the potatoes in the cook masala sprinkle little water and microwave on 'high' power for 1 min.
  • serve hot with some pepper and chopped coriander and curry leaves
