Betki Fish Curry...........

Ingredients:
  • betki boneless(3" square)                    4 nos
  • tomato ketchup                                  1 tbsp
  • cashew nut paste                                1/2 tbsp
  • besan roasted                                     1/2 tsp
  • red chilli paste                                     1 tsp
  • star anise powder                               1/4 tsp
  • jeera powder                                      1/2 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste                               1 tsp
  • olive oil                                               2 tsp
  • egg                                                    1/2 no
  • kasoori methi powder                         1/2 tsp
  • lime juice                                            1 tsp
  • salt                                                     to taste
Method:
  • Marinate the fish with all ingredients.Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
  • leave it in microwave at 'high' power for 4 minutes.
  • serve hot by adding some curry leaves.
