Ingredients:
Cooking Time: 6 minutes
- betki boneless(3" square) 4 nos
- tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
- cashew nut paste 1/2 tbsp
- besan roasted 1/2 tsp
- red chilli paste 1 tsp
- star anise powder 1/4 tsp
- jeera powder 1/2 tsp
- ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- olive oil 2 tsp
- egg 1/2 no
- kasoori methi powder 1/2 tsp
- lime juice 1 tsp
- salt to taste
- Marinate the fish with all ingredients.Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
- leave it in microwave at 'high' power for 4 minutes.
- serve hot by adding some curry leaves.
